Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") carefully before using this platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" or the "Service"). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into by and between you (the individual user) and the owner of the platform (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). It governs your rights and obligations while using the Service.

2. LICENSE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Website on your personal device solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules while using the Service. You shall not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Posting content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, deceptive, or infringes upon the rights of others;
  • Disrupting or interfering with the operation of the Service, including reverse engineering, redistributing, or creating derivative works;
  • Using the Website for commercial promotion or advertising purposes;
  • Impersonating others or misleading users through false information.

4. USER CONTENT AND EXPRESSION

The Website encourages authentic, free, and respectful emotional expression. You may create content using combinations of text, images, and/or videos, and interact with various expressive objects (e.g., people, pets, virtual characters, elements of nature, etc.). You understand and agree that:

  • All content must comply with applicable laws and platform policies;
  • You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must not infringe on the rights of any third party;
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, and sublicensable license to use publicly shared content for the purpose of operating the platform, provided it does not infringe on your privacy rights;
  • Your expressive records are associated with a system-generated anonymous user ID, which enables functionalities such as "Same Feel" emotional feedback and history tracking.

5. USER CONDUCT AND MANAGEMENT

To ensure authentic interaction and a high-quality environment, we implement the following management mechanisms:

Content Validation

  • Upon submission, all content is screened by Cloudflare bot-detection technology to identify abnormal behavior and reduce spam, creating a “bot-free” community atmosphere;
  • This verification is seamless for normal users, and suspicious activity will be automatically blocked.

Prohibited Behavior Includes:

  • Using automated scripts, spamming repeated content, or misleading users for traffic or engagement;
  • Posting malicious links, pornographic or violent material, politically sensitive or inflammatory content;
  • Impersonating others or attempting to circumvent platform security mechanisms.

Violation Responses:

We reserve the right to take the following measures in response to violations:

  • Restrict content submission or access frequency;
  • Remove content that violates our policies;
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend user IDs;
  • Refuse to recover deleted content;
  • Report illegal activity to relevant authorities.

If you believe your access has been wrongly restricted, you may file an appeal through designated channels. We will review all appeals with due diligence.

6. DATA STORAGE AND LOCALIZATION

The platform does not support account creation, and all your data is stored locally in your browser (cookies) and is not uploaded to the cloud.

  • Clearing browser cookies will permanently delete all locally stored records and cannot be undone;
  • We recommend that users regularly back up important content manually;
  • Future versions may provide optional cloud backup features.

7. SERVICE CHANGES AND UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except for user-generated content, all content, structure, design, and features on the Website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

9. DISCLAIMER

  • The Service is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose;
  • This platform does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for professional psychological or medical services;
  • If you are experiencing emotional distress, please seek help from qualified professionals or institutions.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to: data loss, device damage, misinterpretation of content, or emotional distress.

11. USE BY MINORS

This Service is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. If you are a minor, you must use the Website under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

12. CHANGES

We reserve the right to revise this Agreement at any time. All changes will be posted on this page and take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
